摘要
目的:对肺癌术后呼吸衰竭患者使用呼吸机辅助通气治疗对血气指标的影响进行调研和分析。方法:选择2017年1月~2019年1月到本院肿瘤科接受肺癌术后出现呼吸衰竭的46例患者作为调研对象,以随机法分为对照组(23例)和观察组(23例)。其中,对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者接受呼吸机治疗。观察并对比两组患者治疗前后血气指标以及肺功能指标的变化情况。结果:观察组患者的PaO2、SpO2指标明显高于对照组,PaCO2指标明显低于对照组;观察组患者的MVV、PEMAX、MMF指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肺癌术后呼吸衰竭患者接受治疗的过程中,采用呼吸机通气治疗的临床治疗效果较好。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of ventilator-assisted ventilation on blood gas parameters in patients with respiratory failure after lung cancer surgery.Methods:Forty-six patients with respiratory failure who underwent lung cancer surgery from January 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital's oncology department were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group(23 cases)and the observation group(23 cases)..Among them,patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group received ventilator treatment.Observe and compare the changes of blood gas index and pulmonary function index before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Results:The PaO2 and SpO2 indicators of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the PaCO2 indicators were significantly lower than those of the control group.The MVV,PEMAX,and MMF indicators of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of lung cancer patients receiving postoperative respiratory failure,the clinical effect of ventilator ventilation is better,and it is worth promoting in clinical treatment.
