摘要
目的:观察标准化护理在急诊呼吸衰竭行无创呼吸机治疗患者中的应用效果。方法:从我院急诊内科2019年1月至2020年1月收治的呼吸衰竭患者中选取100例,用随机数字表法分成对照组(50例,基础护理)与观察组(50例,标准化护理),观察两组临床护理效果。结果:护理后观察组90项症状清单评分,血氧分压、动脉二氧化碳分压、动脉血氧饱和度、心率、呼吸频率水平,圣乔治呼吸问卷评分、并发症发生率以及护理满意评分和对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为无创呼吸机治疗的急诊呼吸衰竭患者行标准化护理干预,可改善患者心理、生理健康状况,提高患者生存质量水平,降低并发症发生率,让患者对临床护理更满意。
Objective: To observe the application effect of standardized nursing in patients with emergency respiratory failure treated by noninvasive ventilator. Methods: One hundred patients with respiratory failure in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into a control group(50 cases, basic nursing) and an observation group(50 cases, standardized nursing). Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group had statistically significant differences in symptom checklist-90 scores, blood oxygen partial pressure, arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure, arterial oxygen saturation, heart rate, respiratory rate, St. George’s respiratory questionnaire score, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction score(P<0.05). Conclusion: Standardized nursing intervention for emergency respiratory failure patients treated with noninvasive ventilator can improve the psychological and physiological health status of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and make patients more satisfied with clinical nursing.
