摘要
本文以长期护理保险制度为研究背景,将如何提升长护险康复护理服务质量作为研究重点,通过对广州市长期护理保险点的现状进行实地调研以及与关键知情人进行访谈,运用相关政策梳理、二次数据采集和比较分析的研究方法,剖析广州市长期护理保险点的康复护理服务在提供过程中存在的问题和不足,最后总结提出系统性、科学性的康复护理服务质量优化路径。本次的调研内容能够为提升长护险康复护理服务质量提供经验借鉴,同时对推动我国长护险制度进一步走深走实、促进康复护理市场的繁荣发展具有重大的研究意义。
With long-term care insurance as the research background,this article aims to focus on optimizing the service quality of rehabilitation nursing.By field research on the current situations and interviews with key insiders in Guangzhou,the problems and deficiencies in the operation of rehabilitation nursing services of long-term care insurance in Guangzhou were analyzed with the help of relevant policies,secondary data collection and comparative analysis.The paper proposed systematic and scientific solutions which promoted the quality of rehabilitation nursing services,providing more referential experience.The result has great significance on improving long-term care insurance institutions in operating in-depth to be more solid,and on accelerating the prosperous development of Chinese rehabilitation care markets.
