摘要
目的探讨手术医护平行沟通机制在手术室护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7~12月手术患者1592例为对照组,另选2020年7~12月手术患者1619例作为观察组。对照组进行一般管理,观察组建立手术医护平行沟通机制,为手术医生和手术室护士搭建沟通平台,并联合手术医生共同参与手术室的管理。比较实施前后手术医生满意度、手术患者满意度、手术室护理质量及手术室不良事件发生例数。结果运行手术医护平行沟通机制后,手术医生满意度各维度得分均有提高(P<0.05);患者满意度各维度得分均有提高(P<0.001);手术室护理质量有明显提升(P<0.05);手术室不良事件发生率下降(P<0.05)。结论手术医护平行沟通机制能够有效提升手术室护理质量,降低不良事件发生率,提升手术医生及手术患者的满意度,对手术室护理管理工作更好的开展起到了积极作用。
Objective To investigate the application effects of parallel communication mechanism between the operating room nurses and the surgeons in nursing management of operating room.Methods A total of 1592 patients who were treated by surgery in our hospital from July 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled as control group,who were treated by routine nursing intervention,and the other 1,619 patients who were treated by surgery in our hospital July 2020 to December 2020 were enrolled as observation group,who were treated by the nursing intervention based on parallel communication mechanism between the operating room nurses and the surgeons.The satisfaction degree of surgeons,and the satisfaction degree of patients,and nursing quality and the incidence of adverse events before and after the intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After the establishment of the parallel communication mechanism,the scores of the satisfaction degree of the operating doctors were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the scores of satisfaction degree of patients were significantly improved(P<0.05).Moreover the nursing quality in operating room were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the incidence rates of adverse events in operating room were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The parallel communication mechanism between doctors and nurses can effectively improve the nursing quality in operating room,decrease the incidence of adverse events,improve the satisfaction degree of surgeons and patients,which plays a positive role in the better development of nursing management in operating room.
