摘要
目的 研究PDCA循环在手术室护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法 选取本院于2021年7月至2022年6月收治的手术患者80例,分为对照组(40例,手术室护理安全管理)和观察组(40例,PDCA循环+手术室护理安全管理),比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组患者基础护理、体位护理、术中配合评分分别为(95.13±1.28)分、(95.56±1.35)分、(95.61±1.46)分,均高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者专业技能、仪表态度、语言沟通评分分别为(98.46±1.13)分、(98.41±1.08)分、(98.89±1.10)分,高于对照组的(93.20±0.85)分、(93.56±0.93)分、(93.43±0.91)分,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者总满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的90.00%(P <0.05)。观察组患者风险管理意识、风险管理态度、风险管理行为评分分别为(9.83±0.40)分、(9.84±0.46)分、(9.92±0.51)分,高于对照组的(9.38±0.47)分、(9.45±0.53)分、(9.38±0.60)分,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PDCA循环在手术室护理安全管理中的应用效果显著优于常规手术室护理安全管理。
Objective To study the application effect of PDCA circulation in the safety management of operating room nursing.Methods 80 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected,including a control group(40 cases,operating room nursing safety management)and an observation group(40 cases,PDCA circulation+operating room nursing safety management).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The basic nursing,postural nursing and intraoperative cooperation scores of the observation group were(95.13±1.28)points,(95.56±1.35)points and(95.61±1.46)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The professional skills,appearance attitude and language communication scores of the observation group were(98.46±1.13)points,(98.41±1.08)points and(98.89±1.10)points,respectively,which were higher than the(93.20±0.85)points,(93.56±0.93)points and(93.43±0.91)points points of the control group,and the difference in the comparison results was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of 90.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of risk management awareness,risk management attitude and risk management behavior in the observation group were(9.83±0.40)points,(9.84±0.46)points and(9.92±0.51)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(9.38±0.47)points,(9.45±0.53)points and(9.38±0.60)points,and the difference in the comparison results was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PDCA circulation in operating room nursing safety management is significantly better than that of conventional operating room nursing safety management.
