摘要
目的探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子-C(VEGF-C)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、程序性死亡分子-1配体(PD-L1)在舌鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法选取2019年7月—2020年5月收治的舌鳞状细胞癌118例,手术留取癌组织及癌旁组织。对比不同组织VEGF-C、TGF-β1、PD-L1的表达情况;分析VEGF-C、TGF-β1、PD-L1表达与舌鳞状细胞癌患者病理特征的关系;分析影响舌鳞状细胞癌患者预后的因素。结果癌组织VEGF-C、TGF-β1、PD-L1阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。VEGF-C、PD-L1阳性表达患者组织分化程度低、TNM分期高、有淋巴结转移的概率大(P<0.05,P<0.01);TGF-β1阳性表达患者TNM分期高、有淋巴结转移的概率大(P<0.05,P<0.01)。术后1年,死亡28例(23.73%)。组织低中分化、淋巴结转移及VEGF-C、TGF-β1、PD-L1阳性是舌鳞状细胞癌患者预后死亡的影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论VEGF-C、TGF-β1、PD-L1在舌鳞状细胞癌中表达异常,且与舌鳞状细胞癌发生、发展有关,临床可通过检测三者的表达来评估患者的病情进展及预后。
Objective To explore expressions and significances of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and programmed death molecule-1 ligand(PD-L1)in patients with tongue squamous cell carcinoma(TSCC).Methods A total of 118 patients with TSCC admitted between July 2019 and May 2020 were selected,and TSCC tissues and adjacent tissues were collected intraoperatively.Expressions of VEGF-C,TGF-β1 and PD-L1 in different tissues were compared.Correlations between expressions of VEGF-C,TGF-β1 and PD-L1 with pathological features of patients with TSCC were analyzed.The factors affecting prognoses in patients with TSCC were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of VEGF-C and TGF-β1 and PD-L1 in ESCC tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.01).Patients with positive expressions of VEGF-C and PD-L1 had lower tissue differentiation,higher TNM staging and more probability of lymph node metastasis(P<0.05,P<0.01).The patients with positive expression of TGF-β1 had higher TNM staging and more probability of lymph node metastasis(P<0.05,P<0.01).After operation for 1 year,28 patients(23.73%)died.Low and medium tissue differentiation and lymph node metastasis,as well as positive expressions of VEGF-C,TGF-β1 and PD-L1 were the factors affecting prognoses and death of patients with TSCC(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion VEGF-C,TGF-β1 and PD-L1 are abnormally expressed in patients with TSCC,which is related to the occurrence and development of TSCC.In clinical practice,detections of expressions of the three indicators may be used to assess the disease progression and prognoses of patients.
