Analysis on cultivation experiment of Ganoderma sinense under forest in Meizhou

摘要 本文通过开展林下仿野生段木栽培灵芝试验,测定了灵芝连续年产量,比较了不同段木树种、不同林分对灵芝产量的影响,并对林下仿野生栽培和大棚栽培灵芝的品质进行了比较。结果表明:(1)林下段木仿野生栽培灵芝,能连续采收5年(菌段质量7~8 kg),每年可采收2次,其中第2年产量最高,随后逐年降低,前3年产量约占总产量的76%,100棒菌棒5年总产量能达91 kg。同时,7月灵芝的产量、菌盖平均直径、菌柄长度数值要显著大于当年9月。(2)使用不同树种制作段木以及不同种植地点均会对灵芝子实体产量产生显著影响(P<0.05);试验中使用檀树制作段木,在针阔叶混交林种植,灵芝产量最高。(3)质量检测表明:林下仿野生栽培的灵芝质量优于大棚栽培的灵芝,其中浸出物达9.4%、灵芝多糖达1.13%、三萜及甾醇类达1.46%,显著优于《中华人民共和国药典》的灵芝质量标准。 In this work,the experiment of cultivating Ganoderma sinense with imitation wild wood under the forest was carried out to determine the continuous annual production of Ganoderma sinense and compare the effects of different tree species materials and forest stands on the yield of Ganoderma sinense.The quality of Ganoderma sinense under the forest imitated wild cultivation and greenhouse cultivation was also compared.The results showed that the wood imitation wild cultivated Ganoderma sinense in the lower part of the forest was harvested continuously for 5 years,twice a year(the weight of the rod waS7-8 kg).The yield in the second year was the highest,and then decreased year by year.The yield of the first three years accounted for 76%of the total yield,and the total yield of 100 rods of Ganoderma sinense 5 years reached 91 kg.At the same time,the yield of Ganoderma sinense,the average diameter of cap and the length of stipe in July were significantly greater than those in September of that year.Different tree species and planting sites had significant effects on the yield of Ganoderma sinense fruiting body(P<0.05).In the experiment,sandalwood was used to make segment wood.When planted in coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest,the yield of Ganoderma sinense was the highest.The quality of Ganoderma sinense cultivated under forest was better than that cultivated in greenhouse,and the contents of extract,polysaccharide,and triterpenoids/sterols reached 9.4%,1.13%and 1.46%,respectively,which was significantly better than the quality standard of Ganoderma sinense in Pharmacopoeia of traditional Chinese Medicine.
