灵芝栽培研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 灵芝主要分布在亚洲、欧洲、非洲、南美州等地,在亚洲作为传统中药已有数千年的历史,具有极高的药用、保健及观赏价值,在医药、保健品、化妆品、装饰品等领域有着广阔的应用前景,深受中外消费者青睐。收集野生灵芝及栽培是在世界范围内进行的,以满足其在市场上日益增长的需求。栽培基质普遍采用段木或代料栽培,仿野生栽培也已广泛应用。文中重点从灵芝产业发展现状、野生资源收集与品种选育、栽培原料、栽培模式等方面综述了国内外灵芝栽培的研究情况,同时指出了目前灵芝人工栽培中所存在的问题,以期为灵芝的进一步研究和推广提供理论参考。 Ganoderma is mainly distributed in Asia,Europe,Africa,and South America areas.It has a history of thousands of years being used as a traditional Chinese medicine in Asia.Because of its high medical,healthcare and ornamental value,Ganoderma has a broad prospect of applications in the fields of medicine,healthcare products,cosmetics and decorations favored greatly by the Chinese and foreign consumers.Collections and cultivation of wild Ganoderma are carried out worldwide to meet its growing demand in the consumption market.Although various wood or substitutes are usually used as substrates for its growth under the artificial conditions,imitated wild cultivation of Ganoderma under the woodland has also been widely conducted.In this paper,activities and current progress of scientific researches on Ganoderma cultivation from both home and abroad are reviewed with the aspects of its industrial development,wild resource collection,selection and breeding,cultivation materials and practical methods as well as techniques.At the same time,problems found to be existing in the precent artificial cultivation of Ganoderma are also mentioned,which should provide theoretical and valuable information to promote the further research of Ganoderma.
