摘要
采用干法灰化和湿法消化两种处理方法分别对两类灵芝样品进行消解,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法同时测定了灵芝样品中的硒(Se)含量,选择了最佳测定条件.结果表明,野生灵芝中的硒含量远远高于种植灵芝.
Two methods (nitrafy and dry-ash) were used to clear up natural and planted Ganoderma lucidum in Hainan. And hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used for the mensuration of trace selenium. The working conditions of the apparatus and the two-disposal method were also explored. The trace selenium of natural Ganoderma lucidum in Hainan was compared with that of planted Ganoderma lucidum. The result showed that the selenium content of the natural Ganoderma lucidum in Hainan was 147.4 μg·kg^(-1), which was higher than that of planted Ganoderma lucidum.
