摘要
为解决安太堡露天矿过芦子沟背斜末期下部的剥离物和原煤运输难以运出的困难,根据采运排系统现状和背斜期末的煤岩赋存特点,提出了安太堡矿内排出入沟东移和运输系统优化方案,实时将运煤道路由多重折返式改造为直进式。结果表明:该方案减少了原煤运输距离和交叉路口,降低了安全风险,大幅释放了背斜区近距离内排空间,优化后的出入沟使工业广场与矿坑联络更加便捷通畅,提高了各环节生产效率,取得了较好的经济效益。
In order to solve the difficulties of the stripping in Luzigou anticline lower part and the transportation of the raw coal in Antaibao Mine,we put forward the optimization scheme of the discharge of the east transfer of the transportation system,and transform the coal transport road from multiple turning back into direct forward in real time according to the present situation of the mining and transportation system and the characteristics of coal and rock occurrence.The results show that the scheme reduces the transportation distance of raw coal and the intersection,reduces the safety risk,releases the internal dumping space of the anticline area.The optimized access ditch makes the connection between the industrial square and the mine more convenient and smooth,which improve the production efficiency of each link and achieve better economic benefit.
