摘要
露天矿工作线长度是露天开采设计中的一个重要参数,它直接影响到露天矿的生产能力以及经济效益。考虑到吉林郭勒二号露天矿的煤层赋存条件、生产能力、开采工艺及设备类型、工作帮水平推进速度、内排土运距等因素,采用露天矿SMCAD三雏建模软件,对吉林郭勒露天矿进行模拟开采。选取12个不同长度的工作线,每个方案设置21个工程位置,分析了不同工作线长度与生产刺采比、运输费用的变化关系。通过以上分析比较,对工作线长度进行了优化,确定出经济合理的工作线长度。
The front length is an important factor in the surface coal mine. It directly affects the production as well as the economic of the NO. 2 surface coal mine in Jilin Guole. Considering the seam condition, production capacity, mining technology, equipment types, and the advan- cing speed of the front length, internal dumping transport distance and other factors. Using the SMCAD three - dimensional modeling seft- ware, selects 12 different front lengths and each program sets 21 engineering positions and analyzes the different front length, production strip- ping ratio and transport costs. Through the above analysis, we have optimized the front length and make the reasonable and economically front len^h.
