摘要
为了解决安家岭露天矿转向和过背斜期间排土空间不足、物料提升困难、运距高差增大的问题,依据露天矿产能规模稳定和经济效益佳的前提条件,对2021—2023年采排时空关系开展研究;结合安家岭矿和安太堡矿开采现状、两矿南北相邻的位置条件,提出了相邻矿区协调排土方案,并对两矿采排工程量和位置,以及协调排土运输系统进行了研究和优化。结果表明:两矿协调排土可增加安家岭矿排土空间约4 000万m3,可有效缓解排土空间紧张的局面,同时节约生产成本7 824万元。
In order to solve the problems of insufficient dumping space, difficult material lifting and increased transport distance and height difference during the turning and anticline crossing of Anjialing Open-pit Mine, according to the preconditions of stable capacity scale and good economic benefits of the open-pit mine, the article studies temporal and spatial relationship of mining and drainage from 2021 to 2023, and puts forward the coordinated dumping scheme of adjacent mining areas in combination with the mining status and the location conditions of the two adjacent mines in the north and south in Anjialing mine and Antaibao mine,studies and optimizes the quantities and locations of the mining and dumping works of the two mines, as well as the coordinated dumping transportation system. The results show that the coordinated dumping of the two mines can increase the dumping space of Anjialing mine by about 40 million m3,which relieve the shortage of dumping space and save 78.24 million yuan of production cost.
