摘要
基于行动导向的教学理念,通过对高校某专业学生实施行动导向教学的课堂实验,进行了配对样本T检验分析,探讨了基于行动导向教学的高校学生职业能力获取。研究结论表明:相对于其它的教学方式,采用行动导向的教学方式,学生获得的职业能力会更高,主要体现在,第一,行动导向的教学方式能更好地提高学生的专业能力;第二,行动导向的教学方式更能在方法能力上训练学生;第三,行动导向的教学方式更能提升学生的社会能力。
A classroom experiment of action-oriented teaching on students in a university was conducted.Based on the paired sample T-test of the experimental data,this paper studies the acquisition of vocational competency for college students based on action-oriented teaching.The results indicate that compared with other teaching methods,action-oriented teaching helps the students obtain higher vocational competency:1)action-oriented teaching can lead to higher professional competency;2)action-oriented teaching can better cultivate students' methodological competency;3)action-oriented teaching can promote higher social competency.
