“双高”院校“双师型”教师队伍建设特征及发展路向——基于全国56所“双高”样本校的分析 被引量:17

摘要 "双师型"教师是培养高水平技术技能人才的关键力量,剖析入选"双高计划"建设单位的56所高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的共性特征,表现出以能力为重、聚焦人才培养目标的主体特征,以师德为魂、彰显职业教育特色的内涵特征,以创新为先、引领职教现代化发展的结构特征。在此基础上,提出高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的未来发展路向是:加强师德师风建设,培养高素质"双师型"教师;增强教师发展中心建设,促进"双师型"教师专业发展;健全产教融合机制,统筹协调"双师型"教师资源配置;健全教师发展评价机制,保障"双师型"教师队伍建设。 "Dual-qualified"teachers are the key force in cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents.The analysis of the common characteristics of the construction of the"dual-qualified"teacher team of 56 higher vocational colleges selected as the construction unit of the"double-high"plan shows that the main characteristics of focusing on the ability of talents and the goal of talent training,taking the teachers’morality as the soul,highlighting the connotation characteristics of vocational education,and taking innovation as the first and leading the structural characteristics of the modern development of vocational education.On this basis,it is proposed that the future development direction of the construction of"dual-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges is to strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and style,cultivate high-quality"dual-qualified"teachers;strengthen the construction of teacher development centers,and promote"dual-qualified"teachers professional development;improve the integration mechanism of industry and education,coordinate the allocation of resources for"dual-qualified"teachers;improve the evaluation mechanism of teacher development to ensure the construction of the"dual-qualified"teacher team.
