摘要
经典名方是传承传统中医药文化的经典载体,系统开发经典名方既是对中医药精华的守正创新,也是我国推动中医药事业发展的长足动力。目前,国家相关主管部门先后出台了一系列政策与技术指导原则鼓励开展研制经典名方,但经典名方研发中的剂量换算、本草考证、炮制方法及制剂工艺等关键环节仍面临诸多难点与挑战。针对经典名方开发存在的共性关键问题,从剂量换算、本草考证、炮制工艺、制剂工艺、已上市品种二次开发等方面进行深入研究与探讨,并提出相关问题的解决思路与意见,旨在为系统、高效开展经典名方研究提供参考。
The classical famous prescription is the classical carrier of inheriting traditional Chinese medicine culture.The systematic development of classical famous prescription is not only the innovation of the essence of traditional Chinese medicine,but also the considerable driving force to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine in our country.At present,the relevant national competent departments have issued a series of policies and technical guidelines to encourage research and development,but the key links in the research and development of classical famous prescription,such as dose conversion,original textual research,processing methods,and preparation technology and so on,are still faced with many difficulties and challenges.In view of the common and key problems existing in the development of classical famous prescription,dose conversion,textual research of Chinese herbal medicine,processing technology,preparation technology,secondary development of listed varieties and so on are made an in-depth study and discussion in this paper,and the solution ideas and opinions of related problems are put forward,in order to provide reference for the systematic and efficient research of classical famous prescription.
