摘要
本文以"土地利用优化"或"土地布局优化"为主题在中国知网进行检索,获取1992—2020年间560篇有效样本文献,利用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析,揭示土地利用优化的研究起源、发展过程、研究现状与热点。结果表明:①研究期间发文量总体呈上升趋势,作者和机构合作紧密度有较大提升空间。②研究内容整体性较强,优化、农村居民点、评价等关键词聚合度较好。③研究内容已从宏观共性的理论研究转向区域特性的实证研究,其演进与当前政策热点具有较强耦合性。目前,基于新政策与新形势的农村居民点布局优化研究成为研究前沿。未来亟须发掘更优模式,完善并规范土地利用优化的政策与技术体系,并进一步将该领域置于综合复杂的大环境下进行实证研究。
With the theme of "Land Use Optimization" or "Land Layout Optimization",a search was conducted on CNKI to obtain 560 valid sample documents from 1992 to 2020.And CiteSpace was used to give a visualized analysis on the origin and development of land use optimization research process,research status,hot spots and prospects.The findings are the following:①The amount of articles published during the research period is generally on the rise,and the research is becoming more mature;cooperation between authors and institutions should be improved.②The research content is relatively integrated,and the keywords such as optimization,rural residential area and evaluation shows a high degree of aggregation.③ the focus has turned from macro-theoretical universality to empirical research of regional characteristics,and the focus is closedly related to the government policy change.Now,research on the optimization of the layout of rural residential areas has become a new frontier.In the future,there is an urgent need to discover better models to improve and standardize the policy and technical system for land use optimization,and to make empirical research in a comprehensive and complex environment.
