摘要
利用低温烟气热量对脱硫废水进行蒸发浓缩和蒸发干燥,从而实现脱硫废水的零排放处理,具有系统简单、投资运行成本低、维护工作量小等优点。脱硫废水低温烟气蒸发浓缩系统和主烟道蒸发干燥系统的运行效果和运行稳定性受废水水质、机组负荷、烟气温度、烟气流场等因素的影响,需要根据项目的实际情况进行优化。根据某300 MW燃煤机组的烟气参数和脱硫废水水质水量情况,对脱硫废水烟气蒸发浓缩系统和主烟道蒸发干燥系统进行了优化设计。系统性能测试结果表明,低温烟气蒸发浓缩处理装置平均处理废水量为10.44 m^(3)/h,浓缩减量后的浓水水量平均为0.96 m^(3)/h,主烟道蒸发干燥装置平均处理废水量为1.5 m^(3)/h,相关指标满足系统设计要求。
Evaporating and drying desulfurization wastewater by waste heat from low-temperature flue gas can realize zero liquid discharge of desulfurization wastewater,which is of advantages of simple structure,low investment and operation cost,and little maintenance work.The operation performance of a low-temperature flue gas evaporation-main flue duct drying system depends on wastewater characteristics,unit load,flue gas temperature,flue gas flow field and other factors,which should be optimized according to the actual operation condition.The low-temperature flue gas evaporation-main flue duct drying system of a 300 MW coal-fired unit was optimized according to its flue gas parameters and wastewater characteristics.The performance test results show that the flue gas evaporation and condensation system can process 10.44 m^(3)/h wastewater;the concentrated water flow is 0.96 m^(3)/h on average;and the main flue duct evaporation system can process 1.56 m^(3)/h wastewater on average.The relative operation parameters meet the design requirement of the system.
