摘要
传统脱硫废水处理技术面临着系统繁杂、运行费用高并且容易结垢和腐蚀等问题,利用低温烟气余热蒸发脱硫废水以其低成本优势引起业内关注。利用电厂除尘器后烟气所携带的低温余热,结合旁路浓缩塔实现对脱硫废水的浓缩减量已成为脱硫废水零排放的一种全新思路。本文综述了脱硫废水零排放技术的发展沿革及旁路浓缩塔在脱硫废水零排放技术中的应用。但脱硫废水由于高的含氯量,在蒸发浓缩过程中氯挥发迁移会影响后续吸收塔Cl平衡并造成烟道腐蚀问题,因此论文介绍了氯挥发原理及研究进展,以期加深业内对低温烟气余热蒸发脱硫废水的认识有所帮助。
Traditional desulfurization wastewater treatment technology faces problems such as complicated systems,high operating costs,and easy scaling and corrosion etc.The use of low-temperature flue gas waste heat to evaporate desulfurization wastewater has attracted the attention of the industry due to its low cost advantage.Using the low-temperature waste heat carried by the flue gas after the dust collector of the power plant,combined with the bypass concentration tower to achieve the concentration reduction of the desulfurization wastewater has become a new idea of zero discharge of the desulfurization wastewater.The article summarizes the development history of zero-discharge desulfurization wastewater technology and the application of bypass thickeners in zero-discharge desulfurization wastewater technology.However,due to the high chlorine content of the desulfurization wastewater,the migration of chlorine during the evaporation and concentration process will affect the Cl balance of the subsequent absorption tower and cause flue corrosion problems.The article introduces the principle and research progress of chlorine volatilization.The article is helpful to deepen the industry's understanding of low-temperature flue gas waste heat evaporation and desulfurization wastewater.
