摘要
针对燃煤电厂采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫后的废水含有无机盐、重金属以及悬浮物等污染物的特点,以某电厂废水处理中试为例,介绍了脱硫废水零排放综合处理的新工艺,提出了正渗透或机械式蒸汽再压缩蒸发器(MVR)与烟道余热蒸发结合的处理方案。中试结果表明,回收的淡水经生化或反渗透进一步处理后,实现了COD<100 mg/L,SS和NH_3-N的质量浓度分别<10、<15 mg/L。该工艺适合燃煤电厂废水的综合处理,可有效降低运行成本,实现真正意义上的零排放。
The wastewater contained inorganic salt, heavy metals and suspended solids and other pollutants after desulfiurizafion by wet limestone-gypsum in coal-fired power plant. The new integrated technology of zero emissions of desulfurization wastewater was introduced in this paper, and forward osmosis (FO) and Mechanical vapor recompression evaporator (MVR) combined with flue gas waste heat evaporation treatment scheme was proposed. The results of pilot test showed that, the COD, mass concentration of SS and NH3-N was less than 100 mg/L, 10 and 15 mg/L respectively of recovered flesh water after further treated by biochemical or reverse osmosis. The process is fully suitable for coal-fired power plant wastewater treatment, which could reduce old.rating costs effectively and realize zero emissions.
