摘要
试验在新疆阿拉尔地区采用膜下滴灌技术种植高丹草"SX-19",设计9个种植密度,分别为2.33×10^(5)、2.18×10^(5)、2.03×10^(5)、1.88×10^(5)、1.73×10^(5)、1.58×10^(5)、1.43×10^(5)、1.28×10^(5)、1.13×10^(5)穴/hm^(2)。测定不同种植密度下的产草量、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、粗灰分(Ash)含量,采用灰色关联度进行综合分析。结果显示,种植密度为1.43×10^(5)穴/hm^(2)时,高丹草的鲜草、干草产量最高,分别为79.08、20.89 t/hm^(2);种植密度为1.88×10^(5)穴/hm^(2)时,高丹草的CP含量和EE含量最高,分别为5.90%、7.72%;种植密度为2.03×10^(5)穴/hm^(2)时,高丹草的ADF含量最低,为28.92%,Ash含量最低,为7.79%;种植密度为1.28×10^(5)穴/hm^(2)时,高丹草的NDF含量最低,为53.50%,相对饲用价值(RFV)最高,为115.40。研究表明,高丹草"SX-19"在阿拉尔地区覆膜滴灌的适宜种植密度为1.43×10^(5)~1.88×10^(5)穴/hm^(2)。
The experiment was conducted on the cultivation of Sorghum bicolor×sudanense "SX-19" by drip irrigation under mulch in Alar Region of Xinjiang. Nine planting densities were designed, which were 2.33×10^(5), 2.18×10^(5),2.03×10^(5), 1.88×10^(5), 1.73×10^(5), 1.58×10^(5), 1.43×10^(5), 1.28×10^(5), 1.13×10^(5)holes/hm^(2), respectively. The grass yield,crude protein(CP), crude fat(EE), acid detergent fiber(ADF), neutral detergent fiber(NDF) and crude ash(Ash) content were measured, and the grey correlation degree was used for comprehensive analysis. The results showed that when the planting density was 1.43×10^(5)holes/hm^(2), the fresh grass and hay yields of Sorghum bicolor×sudanense were the highest,which were 79.08 t/hm^(2)and 20.89 t/hm^(2), respectively. When the planting density was 1.88×10^(5)holes/hm^(2), the CP content and EE content of Sorghum bicolor×sudanense were the highest, which were 5.90% and 7.72%, respectively. When the planting density was 2.03×10^(5)holes/hm^(2), the ADF content of Sorghum bicolor×sudanense was the lowest at 28.92%,and the lowest Ash content was the lowest at 7.79%. When the planting density was 1.28×10^(5)holes/hm^(2), the NDF content of Sorghum bicolor×sudanense was the lowest at 53.50%, and the RFV was the highest at 115.40. The experiment indicates that the planting density of Sorghum bicolor×sudanense "SX-19" in Alar area is 1.43×10^(5)~1.88×10^(5) holes/hm^(2).
