不同品种浙产山药多糖含量和产量的差异研究

摘要 为了了解不同品种浙产山药在浙江省栽培时的多糖含量和产量差异,本文以南湖糯、温山药、衢山薯、衢糯蓣为研究对象,分析比较了4个品种根茎膨大期4个生长时段的多糖含量、单株鲜重及干鲜比,从而为浙产山药高效栽培及多糖的生物活性研究奠定前期试验基础。结果表明:不同品种浙产山药在不同生长时段多糖含量和单株鲜重差异较大,南湖糯在11月20日多糖含量和单株鲜重均为最高;除衢山薯外,其余3个品种山药根茎干鲜比随时间变化不大,其中南湖糯水分含量略高、适口性较好。综上所述,以山药多糖含量和干鲜比为评价指标,11月下旬采收的南湖糯山药最优,可作为主推品种进行大规模种植。 In order to understand the differences in polysaccharide content and yield of different varieties of Zhejiang yam cultivated in Zhejiang Province,this paper took Nanhunuo,Wenshanyao,Qushanshu and Qunuoyu as the research objects,analyzed and compared the polysaccharide content,fresh weight per plant and dry-fresh ratio in the four growth periods of different varieties of Zhejiang yam during the rhizome expansion period,so as to lay a preliminary experimental foundation for the high-efficiency cultivation of Zhejiang yam and the study of biological activity of its polysaccharides.The results showed that different varieties of Zhejiang yam had great differences in polysaccharide content and fresh weight per plant at different growth periods.Nanhunuo had the highest polysaccharide content and fresh weight per plant on November 20th.Except for Qushanshu,the dry-fresh ratio of the rhizomes of other three varieties didn′t change significantly over time,among which,the water content of Nanhunuo was slightly higher and the palatability was better.In summary,based on the polysaccharide content and dry-fresh ratio,Nanhunuo yam harvested in late November was the best,and could be used as the main variety for large-scale planting.
