摘要
目的探讨血常规参数在EDTA-K_(2)依赖假性血小板减少(EDTA-PTCP)患者诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月-2020年8月于温州市人民医院就诊的EDTA-PTCP患者36例、非EDTA-PTCP血小板减少患者30例和非血小板减少患者30例,对所有患者EDTA-K_(2)、枸橼酸钠抗凝血血小板和白细胞进行检测,末梢血手工计数血小板,分析报警信息和血小板、白细胞直方图。结果EDTA-PTCP患者EDTA-K_(2)抗凝血血小板计数显著低于枸橼酸钠抗凝法和末梢血计数法(P<0.01),白细胞计数则偏高(P<0.01),出现聚集报警,血小板直方图右侧尾部上翘现象,白细胞直方图前端异常小峰;后2组患者用3种方法检测血小板结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),报警及直方图未出现改变。结论EDTA-PTCP患者EDTA-K_(2)抗凝血在血细胞分析仪上出现血小板聚集报警、血小板、白细胞直方图异常改变等提示信息,提示血细胞分析仪报警信息及直方图改变有助于EDTA-PTCP诊断。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of blood'routine parameters in patients with potassium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid-dependent pseudothrombocytopenia(EDTA-PTCP).Methods Thirty six EDTA-PTCP patients,thirty non-EDTA-PTCP patients and thirty patients with non thrombocytopenia in Wenzhou People's Hospital were selected from January 2019 to August 2020.EDTA-K_(2),sodium citrate anticoagulant platelets and white blood cells of all patients were detected,and manual platelet count in peripheral blood,alarm information and platelet and white blood cell histogram were analyzed.Results EDTA-K_(2) anticoagulant platelet count of EDTA-PTCP patients was significantly lower than that of sodium citrate anticoagulant method and peripheral blood count method(P<0.01),while WBC count was higher(P<0.01),with aggregation alarm,phenomenon of upturned right tail of platelet histogram,abnormal small peak in front of white blood cell histogram.There was no statistical significance on the difference between the latter two groups in the results of platelet detection by three methods(P>0.05),and the histogram did not change.Conclusion EDTA-K_(2) anticoagulation in patients with EDTA-PTCP showed platelet aggregation alarm,abnormal changes-of platelet histogram and leukocyte histogram appeared on the blood cell analyzer,which indicated that the alarm information and histogram changes of blood cell analyzer were helpful to the diagnosis of EDTA-PTCP.
