摘要
目的评价对急性心肌梗死患者应用结构式心理护理对其应激水平及不良情绪的影响。方法便利选取2018年7月—2020年5月该院收治的92例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,结合抽签结果将其均分成研究组和对照组,分别给予结构式心理护理、常规护理。比较两组的应激水平与不良情绪。结果对比护理前,两组护理后的不良情绪评分与各项应激指标水平均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且相比对照组,研究组护理后的抑郁情绪评分(29.17±4.96)分、焦虑情绪评分(28.25±5.03)分、肾上腺素(0.38±0.14)μg/L、心率(97.68±5.25)次/min、舒张压(87.41±6.66)mmHg及收缩压(120.06±6.68)mmHg均更低,差异有统计学意义(t=9.400、8.660、3.449、8.822、4.836、10.455,P﹤0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死患者应用结构式心理护理具有理想效果,能够缓解患者的不良情绪,降低其应激水平。
Objective To evaluate the effect of structural psychological nursing on stress level and bad mood of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 92 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to May 2020 were convenient selected as the research objects.Based on the results of the lottery,they were divided into the study group and the control group,and they were given structural psychological care and routine care.Compare the stress level and bad mood of the two groups.Results Before comparing nursing,the negative mood scores and various stress indicators of the two groups after nursing were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group's depression score(29.17±4.96)points,anxiety score(28.25±5.03)points,adrenaline(0.38±0.14)μg/L,heart rate(97.68±5.25)times/min,diastolic blood pressure(87.41±6.66)mmHg and systolic blood pressure(120.06±6.68)mmHg were all lower,and the difference were statistically significant(t=9.400,8.660,3.449,8.822,4.836,10.455,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of structural psychological care to patients with acute myocardial infarction has an ideal effect,which can relieve the patients'bad mood and reduce their stress level.
