摘要
目的探讨心理护理对急性心肌梗死介入术后患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法纳入急性心肌梗死介入术支架置入患者150例,时间2021年1月~2021年6月,随机分为两组,对照组常规护理,研究组心理护理。比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分变化情况,比较两组HAMA评分变化情况,比较两组满意度。结果相较于干预前,SAS评分干预后评分,两组均有所下降(P<0.05),相较于对照组,SAS评分干预后,研究组评分更低(P<0.05);相较于干预前,HAMA干预后评分,两组均有所下降(P<0.05),相较于对照组,HAMA评分干预后,研究组评分更低(P<0.05);相较于对照组,干预后满意度对比,研究组更高(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死介入术后患者应用心理护理,可减少焦虑的发生,有效改善患者心理状况,提高患者满意度,加速患者康复。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety of patients with acute myocardial infarction after intervention.Methods 150 patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing interventional stenting were enrolled from January 2021 to June 2021.They were randomly divided into two groups:control group with routine nursing and research group with psychological nursing.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and HAMA were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results SAS score after intervention decreased in both groups compared with before intervention(P<0.05),and SAS score after intervention decreased in study group compared with control group(P<0.05).HAMA score after intervention decreased in both groups compared with before intervention(P<0.05),and HAMA score after intervention in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher satisfaction after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction after intervention can significantly stabilize and comfort patients'emotions,reduce the occurrence of anxiety,effectively improve patients'psychological status,improve patients'satisfaction,accelerate patients'recovery,has positive significance for the prognosis of patients,worthy of clinical promotion.
