摘要
介绍了在可降解聚酯产业蓬勃发展之下,对BDO上游产业可能带来的影响。正丁烷法顺酐以其原料成本低、环境污染小、理论产量大,是炼厂除炔醛法外最佳的BDO原料生产方案。分析了炼厂获取正丁烷的主要途径,针对传统精馏分离获取正丁烷的能耗较大,提出节能降耗的办法。简要分析国内外C4正构化工艺及发展现状,对此项技术的未来进行展望。
Under the background of rapid development of degradable polyester,it will have influences on upstream of BDO.In view of cost output and environmental protection,production of maleic anhydride from n-butane is a best way for refinery.Introduce methods of obtaining n-butane in Refinery and the matching energy saving technology.Expound development status and prospects of C4 anti-isomerization technology in the world.
