摘要
焦化液化气作为延迟焦化装置产品,长期以来作为民用烃出厂,经济效益未得到充分开发。镇海炼化公司采用中石化大连石油化工研究院的焦化液化气和汽油混合加氢制备乙烯裂解料技术,建设了一套60万t·a^(-1)的焦化液化气与焦化汽油混合加氢装置。生产出烯烃质量分数不大于1.0%的精制液化气和溴价不大于2.5 g Br·(100 g)^(-1)的精制石脑油,可作为优质的乙烯裂解原料。对该工艺路线的技术特点、工业运行状况、经济效益等进行探讨分析,数据表明,焦化液化气和焦化汽油经新工艺路线加工后作为乙烯裂解原料,工艺路线简洁,经济效益显著。
As a product of delayed coking unit, coking liquefied petroleum gas has been used as a civilian hydrocarbon for a long time, but its economic benefits have not been fully developed. Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company has been adopting the coking liquefied petroleum gas and gasoline mixed hydrogenation technology developed by Sinopec Dalian research institute of petroleum and petrochemicals to prepare ethylene cracking feed, and built a 600 kt·a^(-1) mixed hydrogenation unit. It can produce refined liquefied petroleum gas with olefin mass fraction being lower than 1.0% and refined naphtha with bromine value being lower than2.5 gBr·(100 g)^(-1), which can be used as high-quality ethylene cracking raw materials. In this paper, the technical characteristics, industrial operating conditions, and economic benefits of the process route were discussed and analyzed. The date showed that the product from coking liquefied petroleum gas and gasoline hydrogenation by the new technology could be used as the raw material for ethylene cracking, the process route was simple and economic benefits were significant.
