摘要
催化干气是炼化一体化企业催化装置副产气体,富含乙烯、乙烷,原普遍作为装置自用燃料气。本文根据某企业催化干气提纯项目规划方案,对催化干气提纯后作乙烯原料进行了技术经济评估,并与石脑油和丙烷进行了对比。结果表明,催化提纯干气乙烯收率大大高于石脑油和丙烷,其经济效益也高于石脑油和丙烷。同时也表明,催化提纯干气作乙烯原料的经济效益受天然气和乙烯价格等因素影响较大。
Catalytic dry gas is a byproduct of refining-chemical enterprise catalytic unit, it is rich in ethylene and ethane and is originally and commonly used as non-utility fuel gas. Based on the planning scheme of a certain enterprise's catalytic dry gas purification project, the article analyzes the techno-economics of purified catalytic dry gas as raw material of ethylene plant via PIMS modeling system according to the simulated evaluation. The result indicates that, compared with the naphtha & propane, the yield of ethylene of the end-gas is higher and the margin value is higher. At the same time, it also indicates that, the factors such as natural gas and ethylene price have great influence upon the economic performance of purified catalytic dry gas as raw material of ethylene plant.
