摘要
针对目前国内预制混凝土板自动化流水生产线存在的问题(主辅工位数量不匹配、设备瓶颈多、养护效率低、设备利用率低、难以实现柔性生产等),研发了脉动式预制混凝土板柔性生产线。实际生产表明,采用该生产线,预制混凝土板的生产效率比传统流水生产线提高了3倍以上。同时,该生产线具有生产成本低、土地利用率高、设备坪效比高等优势,可进一步推广应用。
Aiming at the problems existing in the automatic flow production line for precast concrete slab(the number mismatch between main operation stations and auxiliary stations,many equipment bottlenecks,low standard maintenance efficiency,low utilization rate of equipment,and difficulty in flexible production),a three-dimensional pulsating flexible production line for precast concrete slab was developed.The actual production shows that the production efficiency of precast concrete slab with the flexiable production line can be increased by more than 3 times compared with that of the traditional production line.At the same time,it has the advantages of low production cost,high land utilization rate and high equipment ground effect ratio,which can be further promoted and applied.
