摘要
制造执行系统MES是以条形码技术、RFID等技术为核心的信息化综合解决方案,是构建与实施精益供应链管理的重要环节,可大大提高企业生产效率,实现企业供应链的赢利能力。基于精益供应链的MES系统包含从原材料采购到成品入库的生产过程进行实时数据采集、控制和监控的全过程,实现对生产控制、产品追踪追溯、实时数据传输与处理等功能。MES系统的开发采用模块化设计技术,包括系统架构设计、功能组件开发、信息采集等关键技术。
Manufacturing Execution System(MES) is the integrated solutions of informationalization based on barcode technology,RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) and an important link of constructing and implementing Lean Supply Chains management.It can improve the production efficiency and profit ability of supply chain of enterprises.The Manufacturing Execution System(MES) based on Lean Supply Chains includes the whole process of real time data acquisition of production process from the purchase of raw materials to storage products,control and monitor.It realizes the foundations of production control,tracking-and-tracing products,real-time data transmission and processing.The exploitation of Manufacturing Execution System(MES) adopts the modularized design technology,including the key techniques like the design of a system architecture,developing functional components,information collection and so on.
