摘要
通过深入研究装配式构件生产关系,立足生产工艺和预制安装研究方向,结合多个实际装配式混凝土建筑的工艺图进行生产工艺分析,建立了一套系统的装配式施工工艺并得出结论。装配式混凝土构件施工工艺有效避免建筑材料资源的浪费,保护施工现场环境,还能在减少施工周期的基础上保障施工的效率水平,提高企业管理水平,保障施工过程中的经济效益;在生产工艺方面,系统地研究了装配式建筑各方面的生产加工工艺,分析了目前在生产和施工方面所存在的优缺点,为以后装配式建筑技术的发展提供了研究依据。
Through in-depth research on the production relationship of assembled components,based on the research direction of production technology and prefabricated installation,and combined with the process drawings of several actual fabricated concrete buildings to analyze the production process,a systematic assembly construction process was established and concluded.Prefabricated concrete component construction technology can effectively avoid the waste of building material resources,protect the construction site environment,and can also ensure the level of construction efficiency on the basis of reducing the construction cycle,improve the level of enterprise management,and ensure economic benefits during the construction process.In terms of aspects,it systematically studies the production and processing technology of all aspects of prefabricated buildings,analyzes the current advantages and disadvantages of production and construction,and provides research basis for the development of prefabricated building technology in the future.
