摘要
目的探索麻醉学专业本科生早期接触临床对培养其医患沟通能力的效果。方法选取内蒙古医科大学麻醉学专业学生60名,随机分组,每组30名,对照组采取常规方法进行教学,观察组按照早期接触临床的方式实施教学,使用SEGUE评分评估两组学生的医患沟通技能,采取内蒙古医科大学麻醉学系教学满意情况调查问卷进行教学满意情况调查,并比较两组学生临床麻醉学,危重病医学的考试成绩。结果观察组SEGUE评分高于对照组(P<0.05);满意度96.77%高于对照组72.41%(P=0.011);观察组两门专业课成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻醉学专业本科生早期接触临床对于其提高医患沟通能力效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of early exposure to clinical practice on cultivating doctor-patient communication ability of undergraduates majoring in anesthesiology.Methods 60 students majoring in anesthesiology in Inner Mongolia medical university were randomly divided into two group.30 cases in each group.The control group was taught by conventional methods.The students in the observation group were taught in accordance with the requirements of early exposure to clinical practice.Both groups were evaluated their doctor-patient communication skill.The teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students was investigated,and the examination results of the two groups of students were compared.Results The SEGUE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%higher than that of the control group(P=0.011);The scores of the two professional courses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The early exposure of anesthesiology undergraduates to clinical practice has a significant effect on the improvement of doctor-patient communication ability.
