摘要
目的:对比不同层面的"90后"医学生对于医患关系认识的不同,并与医生群体作对比,探讨加强医学生医患沟通能力的有效办法。方法:向吉林大学临床医学专业在读本科生、研究生及毕业生、附属医院医务人员随机发放调查问卷。结果:发放调查问卷500份,回收有效调查问卷472份,有效率94%。结论:我国临床医学专业大学生医患沟通能力有待提高,可以通过多元化途径实施。
Objective: This paper compares the different understanding of the doctor-patient relationship between doctors and " post-90sM medical students, and discusses the effective ways to strengthen the communication ability between medical students and patients. Methods: The questionnaires are randomly assigned to undergraduates, postgraduates, graduates of clinical medicine specialty, doctors and nurses of affiliated hospital in Jilin University. Results: 500 questionnaires are distributed and 472 valid questionnaires are collected. As a consequence, the effective rate was 94%. Conclusion: The doctor-patient communication skills of the medical stu-dents need to be improved, and it can be implemented through diversified channels.
