摘要
目的:对比不同层面的"90后"医学生对于医患关系认识的不同,并与医生群体作对比,探讨加强医学生医患沟通能力的有效办法。方法:向吉林大学临床医学专业在读本科生、研究生及毕业生、附属医院医务人员随机发放调查问卷。结果:发放调查问卷500份,回收有效调查问卷472份,有效率94%。结论:我国临床医学专业大学生医患沟通能力有待提高,可以通过多元化途径实施。
Objective： This paper compares the different understanding of the doctor-patient relationship between doctors and ＂ post-90sM medical students, and discusses the effective ways to strengthen the communication ability between medical students and patients. Methods： The questionnaires are randomly assigned to undergraduates, postgraduates, graduates of clinical medicine specialty, doctors and nurses of affiliated hospital in Jilin University. Results： 500 questionnaires are distributed and 472 valid questionnaires are collected. As a consequence, the effective rate was 94%. Conclusion： The doctor-patient communication skills of the medical stu-dents need to be improved, and it can be implemented through diversified channels.
