摘要
目的掌握福建省毒蘑菇中毒发生规律及流行病学特点,为做好防控提供科学依据。方法整理2016-2018年通过国家食源性疾病暴发监测系统上报的福建省毒蘑菇中毒调查报告,并进行描述性分析。结果福建省2016-2018年共发生毒蘑菇中毒事件282起、中毒人数562例,其中死亡10例,病死率为1.8%;2018年报告事件起数最多,占3年总数的63.1%;6~9月是中毒高峰期;中毒事件主要发生在农村,发生在家庭的中毒例数占91.8%,中毒起数占93.3%;位于闽西北地区的南平、龙岩和三明是中毒高发区,中毒起数、例数分别占全省的65.2%、71.5%;中毒患者恶心、呕吐等症状发生率达96.6%;中毒潜伏期为15 min至41 h, 90%的中毒患者的潜伏期在6 h以内,平均值为2.8 h。结论应在福建全省范围内加强毒蘑菇中毒防控的研究与科普宣传,以减少毒蘑菇中毒事件的发生。
Objective To analyze the events and epidemiological characteristics of mushroom poisoning in Fujian Province for the disease control and prevention. Methods The epidemiological reports of mushroom poisoning occurred in Fujian from 2016 to 2018 in National Foodborne Disease Outbreak Surveillance System of China were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. Results From 2016 to 2018,totally 282 mushroom poisoning events in Fujian with 562 poisoning cases, including 10 deaths with fatality of 1.8%. The highest number of reported outbreaks was in 2018, accounting for 63.1% of the total number of the events in three years. The peak periods of mushroom poisoning was from June to Sep. and the poisoning events occurred mainly in rural areas. The percentage of poisoning cases in families was 91.8% and the events was 93.3% in Fujian. In northwestern Fujian, such as Nanping, Sanming and Longyan City were higher incidence areas for mushroom poisoning, the total numbers of poisoning events and cases accounted for 65.2% and 71.5% in Fujian. The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting symptoms of poisoning cases was 96.6%. The incubation period was from 15 min to 41 h, and 90.0% of poisoning cases was within six h and mean value was 2.8 h. Conclusion The research and science popularization education should be strengthened to reduce mushroom poisoning events in Fujian.
