摘要
在永磁同步电机伺服控制系统中,为了抑制由电机参数变化导致的控制精度下降,引入了电机参数辨识修正调节器参数。为了增强辨识系统的抗干扰能力,提出将多新息方法与限定记忆最小二乘法相结合,增加单步递推数据量,对电机参数进行辨识。通过采集电机运行下的电压、电流及转速信号,对电机定子电阻、交直轴电感、转子磁链参数进行同时在线辨识。通过仿真及实验验证,多新息限定记忆最小二乘法辨识收敛速度快,能有效减小辨识结果的稳态误差且鲁棒性强。
In the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system,parameter identification was applied to reduce the influence of parameter changes on control accuracy.In order to improve the anti-interference capability of the motor control,the multi-innovation method and the limited memory least square method were combined,the single step recursive data was added to identify the motor parameters.By detecting the voltage,current and speed signals in the process of motor operation,the motor stator resistance,the q-axis inductance,d-axis inductance and rotor flux were identified on-line simultaneously.Through simulation and experimental verification,the multi-innovation limited memory least squares method has fast convergence speed,can effectively reduce the steady-state error of identification results and has strong robustness.
