基于模糊算法的双三相PMSM无传感器控制

摘要 针对现有高速情况下双三相永磁同步电机无传感器控制精度低,增益值固定的问题,提出一种提高精度同时可变换增益值的基于模糊离散型超螺旋滑模观测器。首先,对双三相永磁同步电机的数学模型与电流方程进行分析;其次,结合电流方程与超螺旋算法构建超螺旋滑模观测器并利用反向差分离散法进行离散化,同时加入模糊控制得到变换增益值,解决了超螺旋滑模观测器受固定增益值限制无法兼具收敛速度快和观测误差小的问题;最后,在MATLAB环境下搭建了仿真模型对所提算法进行验证,仿真结果表明了新型观测器精度高的同时也能够改变增益值从而快速收敛。 Aiming at the problem of low sensorless control accuracy and fixed gain value of existing high-speed dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor,a fuzzy discrete superspiral sliding mode observer based on improving accuracy and changing gain value is proposed.Firstly,the mathematical model and current equation of dual-three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed.Secondly,the superspiral sliding mode observer is constructed by combining the current equation and the superspiral algorithm,and the inverse differential separation and scattering method is used to discretize,and the fuzzy control is added to obtain the conversion gain value,which solves the two advantages of the superspiral sliding mode observer being limited by the fixed gain value and cannot have both fast convergence speed and small observation error.Finally,a simulation model is built in the MATLAB environment to verify the proposed algorithm,and the simulation results show that the new observator has high accuracy and can change the gain and convergence quickly.
