摘要
海上结构物在吊运过程中发生跌落事故会对结构安全造成严重影响.文中以半潜式起重平台为研究对象,选取某导管架为典型吊运物,分析该场景下的跌落特性.采用非线性有限元软件Ls-dyna从冲击深度、冲击力、能量转化等方面进行研究,分析了不同高度和角度下平台的结构损伤情况.研究发现:坠物初始高度越高,结构损伤越严重;跌落过程中结构损伤变形具有明显的局部性,甲板的变形形式与坠物甲板接触面的形状相似;冲击力具有非常明显的非线性特征,碰撞力的每一次卸载都代表着某一构件的失效.文中提出了一些减少跌落事故结构损伤的措施,为平台拆解作业安全提供一定的参考和借鉴.
Falling accident of marine structures during hoisting will have a serious impact on the safety of the structure.We use a semi-submersible lifting platform as the research object and select a jacket as a typical hoist to analyze the drop characteristics in this scenario.The finite element software Ls-dyna is adopted to study the impact depth,impact force and energy conversion,and to analyze the structural damage of the platform at different heights and angles.It is found that the higher the initial height of the falling object,the more severe the structural damage;the structural damage and deformation during the fall have obvious locality,and the deformation form of the deck is similar to the shape of the falling object-deck contact surface;the impact force has a very obvious nonlinearity feature,each unloading of the collision force representing the failure of a certain component.This article proposes some measures to reduce the structural damage of a fall accident,which provides a certain reference for the safety of platform disassembly operations.
