摘要
针对钻井船复杂海况下吊运过程中可能出现的吊物脱钩坠落与甲板碰撞的问题,运用商业有限元软件ABAQUS,从能量角度出发计算甲板结构在受到方形物体和圆管形物体冲击下,其应力、变形及破坏等结构响应,找到船体不同位置甲板破坏的临界值。同时通过多种碰撞形式的对比,得出影响甲板结构撞击破坏的主要因素。
Aiming at the collision between the drop objects from the crane and the deck structure of the drilling ship at critical situations during the lifting process, the FE analysis for the stress, displacement and fail response of the deck structure attacked by square objects and pipes are carried out with ABAQUS software by the energy method. The critical values of deck damage at different positions of the hull are found. Meanwhile, by comparing different types of the collision, the main factors affecting on the response of the collision are gained.
