摘要
根据某实际拆除平台的料单、设备清单等资料,对平台旧设备、设施进行分类。结合相关规范、资料采用适用性评估方法,为分类后的旧设备、设施提供一套可行的评估方法及评估流程,并总结几大类旧设备、设施的检验方法,评估、计算方法,以及维修、翻新和更换方法。根据场地及拆解工厂的实际操作,总结旧设备、设施的详细处置流程,可以更好地指导实际工程应用。
The old equipments and facilities of a decommissioning platform are classified based on the material lists,equipment lists,etc.Applying the fit-for-service evaluation method in combination with relevant specifications and data,a set of feasible assessment methods and procedures for classified old equipments and facilities is provided,and the inspection methods,evaluation and calculation methods,and repaired,refurbished and replaced methods for several major categories of old equipments and facilities are summarized.According to the actual operation of the site and the dismantling plant,the detailed disposal procedures of the old equipments and facilities are summarized,by which the actual engineering application can be better guided.
