摘要
采用O*NET工作分析问卷调查法,探讨智能化生产企业员工必备的工作技能、工作风格及工作价值观,在此基础上提出人工智能时代高职工科专业的人才培养目标。高职工科专业人才应适应人工智能技术对社会生活的深刻影响和企业生产模式的根本变革,其人才培养目标应从技能型人才转变为高端智能型技能人才。
This study adopts O*NET job analysis questionnaire method to discuss the necessary work skills,work style and work values of employees in intelligent production enterprises.On the basis,it puts forward the training objectives of higher vocational engineering professionals in the era of artificial intelligence.The research suggests that the talents of higher vocational engineering should adapt to the profound influence of artificial intelligence technology on social life and the fundamental reform of enterprise production mode,and the training target should be changed from skilled talents to high-end intelligent talents.
