摘要 带式输送机运行时皮带跑偏是典型的故障问题,对设备的稳定运行构成了威胁。分析皮带跑偏时的受力特征及跑偏原因,设计研究了一套皮带跑偏检测及纠偏装置,通过立辊检测机构可以对皮带跑偏现象进行实时检测,检测信号经PLC控制器进行处理后,通过纠偏装置对皮带进行纠偏处理,确保皮带处在正确位置上。该纠偏装置在工程实践中取得了较好的应用效果,有效遏制了皮带跑偏问题。 Belt deviation is a common fault in the operation of belt conveyor,which affects the stable operation of the equipment.By analyzing the force characteristics and reasons of belt deviation,a set of belt deviation detection and correction device is designed.In order to ensure that the belt is in the correct position,the vertical roller detection instrument detects the deviation phenomenon of the belt in real time,and the detection signal is processed by the PLC controller,and the belt deviation is corrected by the deviation correction device.The application of the deviation correction device in engineering practice has achieved good results,and effectively solved the belt deviation problem.
