摘要
为解决带式输送机跑偏造成的煤料抛洒和设备损坏问题,首先介绍了带式输送机的组成结构,然后分别对空载工况和物料运输工况下的输送带跑偏原因进行了分析,随后给出了四个方面的输送带静态纠偏措施,在此基础上,重点对动态纠偏系统的组成、跑偏量检测方法、纠偏装置结构、纠偏控制策略等内容进行了研究分析。
In order to solve the problems caused by the deviation of belt conveyor,such as coal throwing and equipment damage,the article first introduces the composition of the belt conveyor,analyzes the causes of the deviation under no-load conditions and material transportation conditions,and proposes four aspects of static correction measures for the conveyor belt.Based on this,it focuses on the composi tion of the dynamic de viation correction system,deviation det ection method,deviation correction device str ucture,and deviation correction control strategy.
