摘要
对于煤矿带式输送机的跑偏问题,首先分析了输送带的跑偏原因和主要影响因素,然后对立辊自纠偏、外力驱动托辊纠偏、滚筒调整纠偏等三种纠偏方法的原理和优缺点进行了研究。在此基础上,提出一种利用液压驱动滚筒进行纠偏的系统,并对系统的组成结构和其中跑偏检测机构的原理进行了分析,实际应用效果良好。
For the deviation problem of belt conveyor in coal mine,this paper first analyzes the reasons for the deviation of the conveyor belt and the main influencing factors,and then the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of deviation rectification methods,such as vertical roll self-rectification,external force driving roller rectification and drum adjustment rectification,are studied.On this basis,a system of rectifying deviation by hydraulically driving roller is proposed,and the structure of the system and the principle of the deviation detection mechanism are analyzed.The practical application effect is good.
