摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-柱后衍生荧光法同时检测粮食中8种氨基甲酸酯类农药,样品经乙腈提取,SPE-NH 2小柱净化,减压旋转蒸发浓缩后定容.检测系统为柱后光化学衍生器串联荧光检测器,激发波长330 nm,发射波长465 nm.外标法定量,方法的线性范围为0.01~1.00 mg·L^(-1),检出限(3S/N)为3~5μg·kg^(-1),用该方法检测大米、小麦和玉米等试样,加标回收率介于77.9%~106.3%,相对标准偏差不大于6.7%(n=6).
An analytical method using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)coupled with post-column derivatization fluorescence detection was developed for the simultaneous determination of 8 carbamate pesticide residues in grains.The samples were firstly extracted with acetonitrile,then purified by SPE-NH 2 column,and were finally concentrated by vacuum rotary evaporation and diluted to volume.The detection system is a post-column photochemical derivatization tandem fluorescence detector with excitation wavelength of 330 nm and emission wavelength of 465 nm.The samples were quantified by external standard method.The linear range of the method was between 0.01 mg·L^(-1)and 1.00 mg·L^(-1)with the detection limit(3S/N)of 3~5μg·kg^(-1),which was applied to the determination of samples such as rice,wheat and corn with the recoveries of standard addition of 77.9%~106.3%and RSDs were less than 6.7%(n=6).
