高效液相色谱法同时测定蔬菜中5种氨基甲酸酯类农药 被引量:40

摘要 目的:建立同时测定蔬菜中速灭威、涕灭威、呋喃丹、西维因、异丙威5种氨基甲酸酯类农药的液相色谱测定方法。方法:样品经丙酮-氯化钠-二氯甲烷提取,40℃氮吹浓缩后,经氨基-SPE柱净化,40℃氮吹浓缩至2.0 ml,HPLC测定。色谱条件:C18柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(45:55),流速:1 ml/min,柱温:40℃,二极管阵列检测器,检测波长:210 nm。结果:5种农药不同水平加标回收率范围为:83.7%~108.0%,RSD为3.2%~5.4%,最低检出浓度分别为:速灭威0.02 mg/kg、涕灭威0.02 mg/kg、呋喃丹0.01 mg/kg、西维因0.006 mg/kg、异丙威0.06 mg/kg。结论:本法操作简单、灵敏、准确、重现性好,适合于蔬菜中速灭威、涕灭威、呋喃丹、西维因、异丙威等农药的同时测定。 Objective:To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of Metolcarb, Aldicarb, Carbofuran, Carbaryl, Isoprocarb in vegetables by HPLC. Methods :The homogenized samples were extracted with acetone - NaCl - dichloromethane and condensed by N2 at 40℃. Further cleanup was performed on Amino - cartridge and condensed to 2.0 ml by N2 at 40℃. HPLC was applied for quantitative detection of the pesticides in the samples. The chromatographic conditions included an Agilent - C18 column(4.6 × 250 mm,5μm)with the mobile phase of methanol -water(45:55 ) and detected using a DA detector at 210 nm. The column temperature was 40℃. The mobile speed was 1 ml/min. Results:This method had good relativity (r 〉 0. 999 ) and good analytic precision (RSD 〈6% ). The samples' average rates of recovery were 83.7% ~ 108.0%. The detection limit was Metolcarb 0. 02 mg/kg, Aldicarb 0. 02 mg/kg, Carbofuran 0. 01 mg/kg, Carbaryl 0. 006 mg/kg, Isoprocarb 0. 06 mg/kg. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible.
