摘要
在教育"云时代"全面到来的背景下,要推动我国职业教育高质量发展,就必须重新定位职业院校教师的角色。教师自身定位不准、学校管理存在偏差和外部环境支持不足是目前职业院校教师角色转型面临的困境。通过原因分析,重新定位高职院校教师角色,探究教师发展路径,提倡教师以自我为起点,依托校内资源,借助校外平台,实现自我发展和自我价值。
With the age of cloud education coming,in order to accelerate the high-quality development of vocational education in China,the role of vocational teachers must be redefined.Currently,teachers’role transformation is faced with difficulties,such as the inaccurate role positioning,the deviation of school management and the lack of support from external environment.By analyzing the causes,this paper redefines the role of higher vocational teachers and explores their development paths.Teachers should start from themselves,rely on internal resources and off-campus platforms to get development and realize their value.
