摘要
职业院校实践课教师普遍缺乏基本的教学素养,这不仅制约了实践课教师个体的专业发展,拖累了职业技术教育"双师型"师资队伍的建设,也影响了职业教育教学质量的提高。从实践课教师个体角度而言,提升教学素养水平的基本策略包括:正确认识职业院校实践教学的独特性,正确认知学生和学习,树立现代教学观念,学会学习和反思,强化教师专业角色意识。
Practial teachers of vocational institutions lack basic instruction literacy universally, which restricts individual professional development of practial teachers, encumbers construction of double-qualified teacher team of vocational and technical education, and influences promotion of teaching quality of vocational education. From the practical teachers' individual perspective, there are five basic strategies to promote the level of instruction literacy: understanding the uniqueness of practical teaching correctly in vocational institutions, understanding students and learning correctly, building up modern teaching concept, learning how to study and reflect, strengthening the sense of teachers' professional role.
