摘要
目的分析耳穴压豆联合吴茱萸奄包热敷对改善机械通气并发腹胀的护理效果。方法回顾性分析2018年10月至2020年1月在广东省罗定市中医院重症医学科接受机械通气治疗并发腹胀的68例患者的临床资料,根据干预方法不同分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=36)。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用耳穴压豆联合吴茱萸奄包热敷。比较两组患者干预后的腹胀程度、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、腹压及腹围。结果观察组患者干预后腹胀程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后腹压、腹围明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用耳穴压豆联合吴茱萸奄包热敷治疗机械通气并发腹胀,能够缓解腹胀和改善胃肠功能。
Objective To analyze the nursing efficacy of auricular points plaster therapy combined with hot compress of evodia rutaecarpa on mechanical ventilation complicated with abdominal distension.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with abdominal distension undergoing mechanical ventilation admitted to ICU of Luoding Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2018 to January 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into the control group(n=32)and the observation group(n=36)according to different intervention methods.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing,while those in the observation group were treated with auricular points plaster therapy combined with hot compress of evodia rutaecarpa.The degree of abdominal distension,recovery time of bowel sounds,the first time of anal exhaust,abdominal pressure and abdominal circumference were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After intervention,the degree of abdominal distension in the observation group was significantly lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds and the first time of anal exhaust in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the abdominal pressure and abdominal circumference in the observation group were significantly smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular points plaster therapy combined with hot compress of evodia rutaecarpa in the treatment of mechanical ventilation complicated with abdominal distension can relieve abdominal distension and improve gastrointestinal function.
