摘要
综述了机械通气病人腹胀的诱发因素,主要总结了呼吸机使用本身、病人自身身体状况和抗生素的应用三方面的因素以及营养支持方案等,并针对诱发因素总结了干预措施。
It reviewed the causative factors of abdominal distension in patients accepting, mechanical ventilation, and mainly summarized the ventilator use, patients own physical condition,application of antibiotics and nutritional sup- port program, etc. And it summarized the interventions aiming at the causative factors.
