摘要
小茴香作为一种分布广泛的草药,既具有很高的药用价值,也具有一定的食用价值,其主要有效成分为茴香精油、挥发油、黄酮、生物碱等,具有抗炎镇痛、抗菌、抗氧化、增加胃肠蠕动、调节免疫功能、抗肿瘤等作用。因此选择高效合理的提取方法具有重要意义。综述近10年有关小茴香有效成分的提取方法,并展望小茴香的发展前景,为进一步开发和利用小茴香提供一定理论依据。
As a widely distributed herbal medicine,fennel has high medicinal value and certain edible value.Its main active ingredients are fennel essential oil,volatile oil,flavonoids,alkaloids,etc.It has various functions,such as anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antimicrobial,antioxidant,increasing gastrointestinal peristalsis,enhancing immune system,anti-cancer effects and so on.Therefore,it was of great significance to select an efficient and reasonable extraction method.The extraction methods of effective components of fennel in recent ten years were reviewed,and the developed prospects of fennel were prospected,which provided a theoretical basis for further development and utilization of fennel.
