基于PBL、易位式、案例式结合教学模式的内科学教学方法初探 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨PBL、易位式、案例式结合教学模式在内科学教学中的应用效果。方法选取广西中医药大学2013、2014级中西医结合临床医学专业五年制本科学生作为研究对象,以年级、班级为单位,以区组随机方法选出2个班级为试验组,实施三元结合教学模式,其余班级为对照组,采用传统课堂讲授法教学模式,比较2组学生对教学模式的评价得分、考核结果以及对教师教学效果的满意度。结果试验组学生对教学模式各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组理论考试成绩、实践操作、综合考核能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);采用问卷调查学生对教师的满意度,结果显示试验组学生对教师态度、主动讲解、操作示范等满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL、易位式、案例式三元结合教学模式应用于内科学教学中能够提升教学质量,有利于学生临床综合能力的提升,有推广价值。 Objective To explore the application effect of PBL,translocation and case combined teaching mode in internal medicine teaching.Methods In a prospective study,the five-year undergraduate students majoring in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2013 and 2014 were selected as the research objects,and two classes were selected as the experimental group with the unit of grade and class,and the other classes were the control group.The traditional classroom teaching method was used to compare the two groups’evaluation scores,assessment results and satisfaction with teachers for teaching mode.Results The scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical difference;the scores of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical difference;the satisfaction of the students in the questionnaire survey to the teachers showed that the satisfaction of the experimental group in attitude towards the teachers,active explanation and operation demonstration was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL,translocation and case teaching mode in the teaching of internal medicine can improve the quality of teaching,and promote the comprehensive clinical ability of students,so it is worth popularizing.
